Why I Write

“At first dreams seem impossible, then improbable, then inevitable.” - Christopher Reeves

When you discover what you are passionate about, it is impossible to keep quiet. Something has made a significant difference in your life, and you want your friends, family, and strangers at the coffee shop to know about it as well. I write to share my passion.

Dreams are great, but I want to turn my dreams into experiences. I write to share experiences.

Always continue to push your own limits. When you stop growing and challenging yourself, you get complacent. Few dreams are realized once complacency finds its way inside your life. I write to fight complacency.

I tell stories of people who would be voiceless otherwise. I write to bring hope.

Inspiring others inspires me. I write to inspire.

Hi friend! Followed the link to your latest update and found this. Great thoughts!  I share your passion to follow dreams into experiences, and share them with everybody you can to bring hope to a down world. The only thing I noticed is that you use the word ‘content’ a lot. I think a more accurate word you’re looking for in context would be ‘complacent’: content, but unconcerned and uneager to improve or change. Philippians 4:11-13 calls us to hold a spirit of contentment in whatever situation, which is a far cry from the complacency God calls us Out of. Just a thought…love your blog!

Thanks for the feedback. You are right.

I have never thought about it like that. Complacent is a better word. I changed the wording.
