Where Do You Focus?

Eliminating bad habits does not make you better. They must be replaced with good habits.

It is easy to replace one bad habit with another bad habit.

The same is true in your business. Changing processes can be easy, but that doesn't mean you are making it more efficient.

Noticing errors does not improve your business. You must think creatively about ways to replace the inefficiency with a better process.

Lots of people complain. It takes initiative to do something about it.

When we focus on what we want to remove, we fail to put our best efforts in creating the positive replacements.

If we focus on the results we want, we will find the time and resources needed to make it a reality.
