Leaving for Haiti

The day has finally come. I leave for Haiti early Tuesday morning from Fort Lauderdale. I will be traveling with a group from Manna Global whose purpose is to distribute supplies to those in need through Haiti. After my time with them is complete, I will shift to work with the Center for Biblical Training in Cap-Haitien for at least a week.

I am ecstatic to be able to work with my friends from the CBT. I have not seen them in over 5 years, so this will be a tremendous reunion. When my time with them is completed, I honestly have no clue who I will be working with, where I will be, or what I will do while in Haiti. Please be praying for God to open doors with people whom I can partner with so that I can aid in the country longer. This is a leap of faith for me. God will offer the opportunity if that is where he needs me.

With that said, if you know of any groups, organizations, or people who will be working in Haiti during April, please give them my contact information which can be found on this site.

As always, continue to pray for me and those people who I will cross paths with during my time in Haiti. When I have internet, I will post updates on here so you can see what I am experiencing along with photos if possible of the people whose stories I hope to tell. Please pass this site on to anyone who you think would be interested in hearing a firsthand account of the Haiti relief efforts.
